Very easy to get to, parking staff all very friendly.
Fast track a very good idea.
Only down side grumpy security staff on customs control (only once or twice) but could do better.
Nice range of shops and places to eat, very impressed how nice everyone was.
Best of all smoking area outside after passport control, as a person who isn't that keen on flying a nice drink at the bar and being able to go and have a ciggie while you are waiting is priceless, have travelled from here many times now and so do our friends (smokers and non smokers) everyone is happy because the smoking area is outside which does not interfere with any non smokers.
Well done to East Midlands it might not be PC but you got my vote.
