“A Taxi with no fuel”

Arrived at Faro 13/7/17 10am, went to pick up point no driver or taxi.
Phoned contact number who organised transport (Mini bus) 35mins later.

Return Taxi turned up as booked, unfortunately our driver didn't quite know where the motorway is & took us to dead end road.
Once Airport bound on the motorway his fuel signal started bleeping so an obvious stop.
Driver didn't know which fuel to use , which side the fuel cap was.
