We have used zip transfers before and they have been great however on this trip there was no meet and greet waiting at the airport which was disappointing as when you arrive at destination you just want to get to hotel quickly that's the whole point of booking a taxi !! I phoned the number given on booking and the Driver arrived about 20 mins later and got on our way also return taxi was their prompt . we would use zip transfers again as this hopefully has been a blip things do happen and will give the benefit if the doubt this time .
