DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Use this company they will take your money, rip you off and then when you complain offer you a 15% discount on your next booking so that they can do it again. They have no idea of customer service or satisfaction. Listed below is my complaint and their reply, you make up your own mind :

On 21 August 2015 at 14:47,I wrote:
We have recently used your company on two occasions and the service received couldn't be more different the first booking was  for a pick up from Rome Airport and transfer to the town of Civitavechia the driver was waiting for us at the arrivals gate introduced himself, was very courteous and smartly dressed and took us to his new Mercedes Car he was talkative and very knowledgable of where he was taking us, he also played music and the trip was a very enjoyable experience.
Our second booking : however was the exact opposite, I needed to change our pickup time from our cruise ship at Civitavecchia and you booking service was very efficient at doing that however from that point on it became a nightmare.
We were booked to be picked up at the cruise ship terminal at 10.00am and were ready and waiting at 9.45am we watched as 100s of both Limo's and Limo vans picked up their passengers on time, all of them without exception were Mercedes or in a few case the Limo Vans were very late models of other makes and all very clean and well presented as were their drivers.
When there was no sign of our car by 10.15am I called your assistance number and was told that they could not get in touch with the driver but they would keep trying and get back to me within 10 minutes of my call, that didn't happen !!
The very scruffy looking driver turned up almost 20 minutes later looking like a second rate taxi driver unshaven and wearing black and white gym shoes with a very worn looking suit.
He never introduced himself, was not apologetic about being late and then proceeded to tell us that we would have a "Little Walk" as he put it because he did have a permit to get into the secure area, of the three thousand passengers that we had watched being picked up in all manner of vehicles none had had to walk outside the terminal area, the little walk in the sun dragging our own suitcases turned out to be approximately 500 meters and to our utter astonishment and dismay the Mercedes or similar vehicle that we were expecting turned out to be a very dirty rundown Chrysler Voyager Van that had damaged paintwork and looked like it had not been cleaned for months inside or out. If we had had another choice then we would have refused to get in the decrepit looking vehicle.
The driver then got in and put in his earphones and proceeded to talk incessantly on the phone or play his own music through his earphones he never spoke to us all of the way to Rome and drove like an absolute idiot. The car was showing 160,000kms but looked and felt like it had done twice that distance, the doors all rattled and groaned and even before we hit the cobblestone roads of Rome.
We have used private transfers all,over the world and have never experienced a ride from hell like we had today or a vehicle in such bad condition.
My first reaction was to write a scathing review on the various websites and Trip Advisor but I will until I hear what you plan to do to compensate us before doing that and nothing less than a full refund would be acceptable.
