Great service and simple to use. 100% reliable and professional. I liked knowing the price and paying in advance. I also discovered later that it was considerably cheaper than booking through other channels.

I also made a phone inquiry to confirm the booking which was handled very professionally.

What planet are you on? I used this service the same day you posted his review and I paid €20 more than a cab fare would have been. Not to mention I was picked up by a regular cab driver whose car smelled like an ashtray.

Thanks for the comment.

I used the service on planet Earth and I'm not aware that they provide a service in any other regions. More specifically it was from Girona Airport to Pals in northern Spain.

I did price the same journey with about 3 other services prior to booking and in one case this was about €40 more expensive. If booking the return journey from the place I was staying it would have been €15 more. I didn't however get a price from the airport at the time so I can't comment on that.

I wish that my car was half as clean as the minibus taxi that me and my 2 boys traveled in, and the driver was very helpful and friendly. He was happy to carry bags and wait while I scoured Girona airport for the least overpriced bottle of water that was available.

I'm guessing these guys outsource the work, hence the mixed results. Maybe they need to be more selective. It's a shame you had such a bad experience - hopefully they'll listen to your feedback. I'll certainly be trying them again though.
