Same experience as other reviewers regarding airport transport in Barcelona by World Airport Transfer supplier - Splash Travel. No contact made to advise pick up time and no answer to repeated phone calls to Splash including their emergency number. Even World Airport Transfer customer service were unable to make contact and therefore no pick up was made. My experience appears not to be an isolated from reading other reviews so why is this supplier retained - simply that World Airport Travel don't care. I have asked for a refund but this is proving difficult.
If your whole business is about transfers you would think that you would be interested in offering an efficient so that the reason for your commercial existence is justified

had the same experience last week when I was in Barcelona. No one came to pick me up although I had called their office more than 4 times and re-schedules. no one picked up the phone when I called them at their emergency number after arrival. absolutely a sham.

Wish I would have read this before I booked. No one showed to pick us up at Barcelona airport on 28 June. No refund nor further contact from world airport transfer.
