INCOMPETENT AND FRAUDULENT

I booked 4 shuttles for May and June, cost for all shuttles was debited from my Visa account and all bookings confirmed by email.
Then I started getting emails saying they couldn't provide the shuttles I had booked and wanted more money for private transfer services. Two of these shuttles were from Heathrow to central London and return, the cost being US $73.17, (paid for and confirmed) then they wanted a further US $226.27 for me to take a private transfer as they couldn't provide the shared shuttle. That was a total of US $299.44, I have now been able to book a private taxi for the same trip for US $132.
I have canceled all bookings of course and will never use the company again.
I maintain it was fraudulent misuse of my Visa to take money from it for a service they could not supply.
An honest company would have provided the more expensive option as goodwill as their systems were at fault.
I have used World Airport Transfers before on previous visits from Australia to Europe but never again
