My recent transfer was from London Gatwick to Kensington and my journey went really well with Totally Driven. By mistake I booked a taxi with them for 9:45 and the actual time was 9:20. I was worrying about waiting for the driver and I called Totally Driven and requested to send the driver as soon as possible, because I entered a wrong timing while booking. The lady from the company told the driver is already waiting in the car park and we will inform him to come to the arrivals area. The driver came within 10 minutes and he also helped me with my luggage.
