“Not Accurate Advertisement and Poor Customer Service”

While traveling on July 7, 2017, I booked Sun Transfer Service to take my family from Rio de Janiero to Cabo Frio on Sun Transfers. We had as advertised 4 medium size luggage, but they did not fit in vehicle provided. The make it work, the 4 of us had to sit in back very cramped for 2.5 hour ride, which was not pleasant. The driver advised to=he company will provide larger vehicle on return, but they in turn cancelled my booking because they could not provide a vehicle to support my family and luggage. Totaling in contrast to advertisement and contract. We in turn rented 2 Ubers nd returned safe, but with a cost, but better service. I am still waiting for Sun to credit my account for no service on return. I also tipped driver on arrival, which according to website was included. The driver accepted with no problem.

I would not recommend using this service while traveling.
