My transport did not show up from Manchester Airport to Liverpool. Had to take my own Taxi for 8 to Liverpool.
London Pick up was on time but did not stop in front of the hotel
Amsterdam Airport Pick Late by 10 mins. Had to use my Auto Roming Phone cost me additional charges.
