Ride with Hector.

When we went to Holquin we forgot the paperwork associated with our transfer to our resort from the airport and back. Hector the driver was waiting for us at the airport to take us to our resort. It took us a little while to find him because we didn't know who to look for. No problem. Clean car, good driver, didn't understand English very well, did his best. We were concerned about our return trip to the airport because of our lack of paperwork. He gave us his direct telephone # and advised us to call him. Usually you have to call 24 hrs. in advance to make sure you have a ride. We talked to customer service at the resort to try and arrange it but we didn't even know what company we had reserved with. We gave them Hector's phone # and they said they would look into it. Within the hour we got a call from the reservation desk that everything was arranged for 10:00 the day we were to leave. Sure enough next morning I checked out, had the bags ready to go. 10 mins. to 10:00, who shows up? Hector!! Totally amazing, this is CUBA, after all. Back to the airport, plenty of time, no muss, no fuss, no extra charges!! Great job. Thank you. I would have no problem recommending your service. Special thank you to Hector.
