Never Trust in This Company: they keep your money & do nou

My husband paid for the taxi from Au Dhabi to Dubai and Suntransfer's driver wasn't there . We gave our flight Golf Air arriving at 3:35 am , and after passing the customs and get the luggage we looked for someone with our name representing the company but NOBODY was there. Tired, exhausted we remain for 45 minutes or more asking all the people that were there waiting if they saw the guy from the company. They all said NO! The
booking SUNTR_DU2762 {3954605} was just a way to take our money and no service given. They have no support in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and they said Customer Care Administrator due we were not there, they could not give refund or pick us from Dubai tomorrow November 18. We have proof of our flight, we had to another taxi,and they just blame us because our mobile phone from USA should be able to call them!!!. We have all the proof favorable to us, they have none, just the lazy driver that probably didn`t show up otherwise we would see him in the area. We have all the Emails and receipt prepaid SUNTR_DU2762/1- They have no reason to keep our money and without any service and they considered the drive words more than us. Traveling from USA from November 11 and arriving November 13th we expect the company respect our rights but so far with this horrible experience ,they don`t.
