We booked a transfer from CDG, Paris to our Paris hotel. We changed our flight to arrive three hours earlier (7:45am on a Sunday) than planned and were told that they had no taxi to pick us up earlier. No refund available because it was 36 hours earlier. I find it hard to believe there was no taxi available at 8am on a Sunday morning at a busy airport. Tried to apply our money to a later transfer from Paris to CDG but was told it is a new booking so would not transfer. Rigid and unreasonable.
