Fantastic Taxi Service.

Upon flying into Krakow with Ryonair, we were informed that due to thick fog the airport at Krakow was closed and we were being tranfered to another airport. Having left my mobile phone at home i was not able to contact Suntranfers to let them know of the transfer.After arriving at the new airport,we had to hang around for 1.5hours to catch a couch which took 4 hours to get us to Krakow airport by road.We reached our airport 5.5 hours late at 2.30am in the morning and to our great surpise were greeted by our taxi driver from Suntransfers who proceeded to take us to our hotel, a full 6 hours later than expected.Suntransfers then contacted me at the hotel to confirm the time and date for my return visit to the airpot.They certainly went out of their way to fulfil their obligation to me as a customer and with this in mind i cannot praise the company enough.For anyone visiting Krakow who are looking for peace of mind and reliability look no further than Suntranfers.
