Terrible company, don't use their services!!!

At the 21st of July, me and my girlfriend travelled to Barcelona for out trip. Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and I immediately sent an e-mail regarding our situation to shuttle direct. When we arrived at the airport, we were furtherly delayed at passport control and arrived 3.5 hours late for the pickup. When we got to the entrance hall, I found the representitive who's job was to direct everyone to different shuttles around the airport. He told us that since we didn't arrive on time, there is no available shuttle at the present time, but there will be one at 21:00. It's important to note that the conversation with the representitive was held at 15:30, meaning that we had at least 5.5 hours of waiting time at the airport.
We told him that this isn't a suitable solution, and to this he answered with with utmost confidence, that we can pay for a taxi with our own money, send the receipt to shuttle direct and get a refund. We were eager to arrive at our hotel, so we payed a taxi 35 euros in order to get out of the airport. at the following day, I sent the receipt by mail to shuttledirect, only to recieve a confirmation that an answer will be given within 28 (yes 28) business days.

Shuttle direct eventually answered, disregarding my claims and stating that the next shuttle was available at 19:00 and not at 21:00 as we stated (even though the person at the airport told us specifically 21:00).
Long story short: shuttledirect told me that they don't give a rat's ass and that no money would be refunded, even though we were promised by the representitive and basically didn't do anything wrong except arrive 3.5 hours late because of a flight delay and the dumbfound slow pace of Barcelona's passport control.

By any means, don't use this company's services.
