Shuttle Never Again!!!

DO NOT USE SHUTTLE DIRECT IF YOU GO TO MALAGA. The taxi was not at the airport when we arrived! waited 20 min, then phoned the number given, was told that the person on the other end would call the driver and call us back---- no call back. Kept being told by another taxi driver that they were coming and eventually after another 20 mins they arrived, by now 6.30pm and we wanted to start our 4 day break. On day of departure our voucher said we should be outside of our hotel for pickup at 8.55am to get our flight. At 9.30am we asked the hotel to call,which they did but again no-one on the other end knew where the driver was, after 2 more calls with no result we asked the hotel to get another taxi for us, having paid in full when ordering shuttle direct, and thinking we were doing the easy thing, we were far from happy to have to pay again in order not to miss our flight. If you go to Malaga there are plenty of taxis waiting to take anyone to the center and infact cost us 20E to get from our hotel to the airport FURIOUS and FRUSTRATED as I now know judging by others reviews, which I wish I had read before booking nothing will be done even though I have complained to
