I wanted to compliment you and especially, Claudio for the outstanding service that we received in Rome. Claudio was very professional, friendly, and efficient! He met us at the FCO airport and had his sign with our name on it, right on time. He drove us to the Visconti Airport and then the following morning, took us right to the Civitavecchia Pier. We were concerned about getting to the Rome airport because we had to leave at six in the morning and we were in an area that did not have a cabs readily available. When we inquired Fattori Car Service, they immediately responded and they answered every time I wrote. Knowing how nervous we were about leaving on time, the driver was there early. I've got a great car with the driver on February 5, 2012 was a beautiful day with the tour that I have proposed, and especially to a beautiful price. I did know my cousin and he will use it for a tour to Colosseum, St. Peter and various places of Rome. a beautiful experience, and then the driver friendly, Claudius, who has been very good to drive, went up, has not spoken on the phone ... is well worth the stay!
