We took a transatlantic cruise with 2 other couples (6 of us all together) and had arranged to be picked up at the port and taken to our hotel in Rome. When we disembarked from the ship our driver was waiting with a sign, with our name, right where we were told he would be. He had a van large enough for us all and our 15 pieces of luggage. Our drive to Rome was pleasant and stress free and he was able to navigate the narrow alleys to drop us right at the door of our hotel. We also booked a 3 hour tour of the city for later the same day. Our guide was at our door right on schedule and gave us a wonderful, knowlegable, and witty, tour of all the major sights in the city. We then arranged to be picked up at the hotel and transferred to FCO for our flight home. Again, right on time and a easy and pleasant ride. I highly recommend this service as they were absolutely wonderful and made what could be a stressful and difficult endeavor very easy and affordable.
