DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I Recently went to Barcelona and used this company for transfers from the airport to the city centre and back. We got dropped off a few minute walk away from our hostel due to stopping restrictions in the street, on being dropped off we were advised that the pickup point would be in the same place. They were then supposed to advise our hostel of when our pickup time was, they didn't do this so I had to call the company to check the time. When I called I also double checked that the pickup point would be where we were dropped off, I was advised I was correct. When pickup time came no one showed up, as they had supposedly been waiting outside of our hostel for us. I have to be refunded for the taxi fare that I paid to get back to the airport but Hoppa refused to refund me!! I will definitely never use this company again!!!!!
