Avoid at all cost if you don't want to be left stranded. I paid for private transfers in Paris but there was no one to meet us at the airport. The emergency number was an answer machine in french, even the information desk tried to get through for us with no luck. After 2 hours we got the train from the airport to Paris city centre it was late at night and very stressful.
We have been told there will be no refund and no compensation for the extra we spent on train travel. They don't even answer any email I send. Please save yourself the stress and book a decent company.

I did reply back telling them I was not happy with their reply, I have heard nothing since. Poor customer service.
