have booked a transfer with resorthoppa and absolutely disguised by the service i received, or to be more clearer for the service i did not received. No one collected me and my husband to the airport during our stay in Egypt. We were forced to book hotel taxi urgently and almost missed our flight! However, once back in UK i have contacted resorthoppa services and was given advice to send email/taxi receipt copy over, which i did. in 2 weeks time when no answer received i called resorthoppa back and was given new information- to contact my holiday provider as i booked transfers together with my holiday pack, which i did too. However, today i have received a response that only taxi fare will be paid and i actual transfer money wont, hence mean that i have to pay 11 pounds for the transfer i have not received! How disgusting that is! Moreover, when complaint about this decision was told-- that the solution wont be changed and yes, i will still have to pay for the transfer i originally booked, meaning that i have to loose money. I am very very disappointed by the customer service and decision i have received at the end. i very much believe this is unfair towards me and i do not understand why i have to loose money. Wont use resorthoppa in my life and wont recommend to anyone. Very VERY disappointing company.

But you didn't lose money. As they paid your taxi fare this was in lieu of the transfer. If they had given you back your £11 you would have then gotten a free transfer.
