Totally unprofessional!!!
Found rep as soon as we walked through arrivals only to be told our private taxi we had booked was not here. He then told us to wait while he phoned someone. We were told its on its way and would take about 15 mins. It still wasn't there after half an hour so after going to look for rep (he had just left us standing outside giving no information) he got really nasty telling us it wasn't his fault! We ended up getting our own taxi after an hour of waiting costing us £40! I won't even go into the difficulty I had in resort trying to confirm pick up back to the airport. Needless to say I won't be using resorthoppa again
