after confining our booking Resort hoppa never came to pick us up for our return journey. Our Hotel tried to call them with the number that was supplied with our original confirmation. this number was support to be a help line, but it was some other office who couldn't help us

We are very sorry to hear about the problems you've had in Barcelona. Our supplier has had problems with their phone lines and they are doing all they can to fix the issues. We are so sorry that your transfer didn't arrive.
