we picked up the shuttle at Palm airport and had to wait 55 minutes in high temperature before starting our journey.
I wrote the next day complaining and still have not had a reply .
The website was inaccessible and the phone number wouldn't connect because it was an 0902 number which most UK mobiles block.!!
the return journey arrive 40 minutes early , so much for their timekeeping!!!
they sent a customer survey for completion the day I returned ,I tried accessing and got the message this survey is now closed.
you cannot access customer services from the website.
