Arrived in Palma got to the desk, staff was really friendly and polite, driver was really helpful lifting cases and getting me to the door of my apartment , confirmed as per instructions 24hours before departure on internet got a confirmation right away and return journey was superb as well, before I went I read some bad reports about this service I am really glad I payed no attention to them. I would highly recommend anyone to use this service and i give staff and drivers 5 stars and would use this service al the time now when I go abroad. Cheers to the teams keep up the good work.
