First time we have used Resort Hoppa. Pick up point at Heraklion Airport wasn't immediately obvious but didn't take long to find it and from there on everything went quite smoothly. Our only criticism was that we were dropped off at the very far end of Koutouloufari village as the shuttle bus driver said the roads were too narrow to take his bus any further which meant we had to trundle our cases quite a long way uphill through cobbled streets with no idea where we were going. We did eventually find our holiday accommodation after asking several local people en route. When we arrived at our accommodation reception told us that we should have been dropped off at the other end of the village at 'the well' which is the recognised pick up place for the village and even big tour coaches can access the village from that end.
When we rang to confirm our return pick-up reception confirmed that we would be picked up at 'the well' and this happened without a problem. We only had to wait about 10 /15 minutes at the airport on our journey to our accommodation and the pick up time for the return journey was bang on time.
Apart from the 'hiccup' on the journey to our accommodation we were generally pleased with the service provided by Resort Hoppa and would definitely use again - in fact, I have already checked out prices for our next holiday in Tenerife and it works out nearly half the price of a taxi. Give it a go!
