Our family has used resorthoppa frequently in Mallorca over the past 3 years and continue to do so each time we visit. The booking process is easy, staff very helpful and the price is reasonable. They have never let us down! The wait on arrival varies according to the flights combined onto the same coach, but is usually within one hour. There was one occasion when the coach broke down on the return journey back to the airport, which gave us a little cause for concern (!!!)but a replacement soon arrived and all was well. The promotional materials tell you that you will receive a text the day before return journey to alert you to pick up time, in our experience this doesn't always happen, but we prefer to make a quick call to the booking centre (as advised) to check timings. The transfer process is usually very smooth and the drivers pleasant. We even trust our teenagers and their friends to use resorthoppa without us!
