I have travelled on three separate occasions with Onward Travel Solutions. Two from the airport and one from home to the airport. I have been impressed with their online booking arrangements, their promptness in turning up on time, and their polite and kind drivers. The price is good. I have no hesitation in using their services again and will recommend them to family and friends.

We used onward solutions for our recent airport transfer to and from Heathrow airport, We where well informed on both journeys and taxis arrived at time required, The drivers where Polite, Courteous, and very helpful on both journeys. We were mistaken in thinking this was a taxi company - it is not! It's an agent which commissions taxi companies - the one we had was very good in terms of driver and car, but since this was Heathrow, it took more than an hour to get through the queues at passport control and get our cases from an international flight - hardly uncommon at Heathrow, as everyone knows. We got in touch with the driver, with whom we communicated several times to let him know where we got to, and he was fully aware of the situation. Once in the car, OTS phoned to say that the time between the registered landing of the flight and when we got in the car was over an hour, so they charged us an extra £10 for it. They are the ones who use the opportunities to add these extras one, the taxi company doesn't. And any outfit dealing with airports and especially Heathrow ought to know very well that their timing is not possible in the early evening. My advice: USE A PROPER HONEST TAXI COMPANY

Very pleasant and easy experience from pick up to drop off. I was given nice clear instructions on where to meet my driver. He was friendly and helpful with my bag when he collected me. Overall this was an excellent experience. Our driver managed the delay in our flight arrival at Heathrow, kept in touch once we landed, met us as agreed and drove us to our desination in calm and professional manner at quite a busy time of day.

My driver was so kind and understanding when my flight was delayed by 3 hours. On the drive back he was very kind, kept asking me if I wanted to put the heating or aircon on. Helped me with my luggage and was overall just very kind and funny. Amazing service.

During my recent trip back from Germany I used OTS for my journey from the airport to home. The car was very clean, however this is where the positives ran out. During this trip our driver drove very erratically, and stayed in lane 2 driving at around 60-65 MPH which incurred the ire of most other road users. On a number of occasions when approaching roundabouts it was unclear whether the driver was aware of the roundabout and broke at the last possible moment. The entire drive did not leave me in a relaxed state.

Good service and good value. The driver was punctual and contacted me as soo n as I landed at the airport. My plane was 35mins late but he didn't complain. I would recommend this service without hesitation.

Driver kept calling over and over even though it was an airport pick-up and the plane was a little late. Don't they track the flights? It took a while for the bags to come out and then we had lost one bag so had to report it. Driver was getting more and more impatient, constantly calling, to the point where my colleague was starting to worry about getting in the car with them or that they would just go and leave him at the airport. We couldn't help the lateness and kept in touch as soon as we knew anything. We were happy to pay waiting time and offered it but this wasn't an option for some reason?
