I informed your centre before I took my flight that it has been delayed for 3 hours and I provided my new arrival time before my flight took off
I also requested that I needed 90 mins from the time of landing for my pick-up
However apparently the driver was not informed of the later time of arrival and so he came early and was very annoyed with me for taking so long to come out But I told him I was out way before my 90 minutes was up
He said he waited a long time and complained about the amount of time his trip took and also the parking he had to pay and "requested" that I paid the 7 GDP for parking
I have used your service many times before and this is the first time this has happened to me. I was very upset by all this especially as it was implied it was all my fault
I hope in future you will inform your driver more precisely so that the blame and the extra cost is not passed on to me It spoiled my much anticipated holiday arrival completely.
