I am very disappointed with this company services.
Not only was the car’s trunk too small, but in it, the driver had his own bag which he refused to put on an empty seat.
Then, the driver called his office to check if he could risk closing the trunk with all of the bags in it (unbelievable but true). 20 minutes later still no answer neither from the driver, who now refused to do anything, nor the company.
In the end, without any answer from the driver or the company, I had to take my own car and I almost missed my flight. I was very disappointed with the driver and the customer service. I will not use this company again and would not recommend anybody to use it.
