This taxi was booked and paid online. Booked at for 4am, no show. Rang and said they hadn't sent a driver and it would be 45 mins. We live 30 mins from the airport on a good day so had no choice but to make alternative arrangements which was very stressful as such an early hour.
I will write another review if they don't turn up for the return journey.
They did apologise and refund, but that doesn't help you catching your flight!!!!
