Horrible service

Their platform is broken so be careful as they can charge you twice or triple for the same journey as they are simply too leazy to double check if the booking is a duplicate.
I have been charged twice for the same booking simply because the first transaction failed and it was written on their site that the transaction cannot be completed nor payment done… then there was no confirmation nor a call / nor a text message from a driver Hence few hours later I have done another booking which was successful (payment confirmed / confirmation received) / text from driver received. Next day 2 guys showed up to pick me and they both blame on me ?? entire trip costed me 120 pounds from Glasgow to Edinburg – cheaters!!! Not mention that first pick up few days ago was a no show and I needed to call and look for my driver for another hour. To summarize : horrible experience. I would not recommend to an enemy / both operator and driver yelling at me …

The company itself explained mistake stating that they have too many customers so they can’t double check. if you cant provide a good service just stop providing!!
