I'd used this firm for pick up and drop off last holiday and although they were delayed during pick up I believed the excuse at the time to be genuine. This year they were fine dropping us off at the airport but despite receiving booking confirmation emails they left us stranded with 3 children under 7 at the airport with no communication of any kind on our return. We only booked with them despite costing more because we wanted our children to be safer and have car seats. Our flight was early so we gave them the benefit of the doubt by waiting an hour as we had expected to be out through security later but that time came and went. My son at 5 yrs old wasn't very well and the last we needed was for 3 kids to be waiting around. My husband and I kept checking to see if anyone came and had a sign by the gate. No answer to the phone calls. After waiting hours we had to take an airport taxi which cost a bomb. With no child seats. I emailed them from the airport to just in case that would get to someone but no reply still 3 days later. I'm appalled they would treat family's like this. Don't take the chance in booking them. You'll end up paying more than their extortionate rates. Not even a call to a mum of 3 kids trying to get home? Even if it was to tell me they were cancelling. Then we wouldn't have waited around with a sick child. Shameful

The worst taxi company in all England, I been left in Luton just because my plane was late 15 minutes, the driver didnt even check the information board, and he had all the flight details and time, so if you are unlike me, you will be left in anywhere you are. Don't book it.

I used Smart Airport Transfers twice on a recent trip to London on arrival and departure. Both times my drivers were punctual and well presented. They were also polite and friendly and our conversation flowing naturally. Their cars were new and spotless and the journey to and from Heathrow was a pleasant experience. Their prices are also very competitive. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend their service to anyone requiring a similar service.

Despite having pre-booked and having received confirmation, the taxi did not turn up. I tried both the mobile and office number and both cut off immediately. We had to scout around to find a local company who could get to us to Heathrow in less than an hour or we would have missed out check in and flight. I phoned 8 times from the airport and emailed - no response .... until the morning of the return flight when asked if I could confirm I wanted to be picked up. You can imagine my response! A complete let down and no word of apology. terrible service.

Our Driver smartly dressed young man with our name on a board. The vehicle was clean. We felt confident with his driving he clearly knew the roads and where he was going. Day after we had return journey was good, again the driver was smartly dressed and importantly we arrived in plenty of time for our flight. We shall definitely use this company again and recommend them to our Friends and families..

Fantastic! First, Driver was on time for my 4:45 AM pick up, but showed up 10 minutes early. Second, the driver, helped us with our luggage, and the car was clean, and I was at the airport early for my flight. Also the price is great, company is very professional, I will most definitely be using the service again!!

It was hassle free. everyone was professional and knowledgeable , Our flight came in 25 minutes Late, and still the driver was there waiting for us. We booked our transportation to get picked up at the airport go on cruise port also a return to the airport. All for a very good price. There is no reason to shop anywhere else for your transportation needs.

I Found London Airport Cars on the internet. Having never used them before, I was satisfied. They provided a very reliable service, picking us up from our home and on our return journey, picking us up from the airport. There was plenty of space in the mini van, considering there was six of us with suitcases and hand luggage. The driver arrived on time and happily lifted the heavy cases both in and out of the van for us. The interior of the van could have been cleaned before picking us up though, as their was litter scattered on the floor, probably from a previous journey and the van was cold half of the journey. The payment method for the service needs be improved and clarified. As when trying to pay online, it did not allow me to. I therefore assumed that i would have to pay by cash, but the driver was not fully aware what the price was, and i ended up paying an extra pound to what was quoted online. This happened on the journey out and on the return journey home. All in all, we were gratefull to have arrived on time for our flight and have them waiting for us on our return, but i would say that this was like using a local cab firm, but with mini buses.
