Thank you for ruining my vietnam family trip by providing poor service and unreliable transportation. Driver without GPS insisted in local language to drop us in the middle of nowhere next to the public grave:) I had to tell him more than 5 times its not the place! Is he serious??!!! It was literally Next to the graves... scary.. Thank god i had my google map.. and driver didnt know how to read the map? What a Real joke? I paid extra even for extra stops.. he didnt even stop... another joke.. 3people got 16-18 seat minivan - I wouldn’t call it as upgrade? Are we serious on this? Rubbish mini van provided and yeah fair enough you stated it but at least u need to provide the same conditions. Even the hotel receptionist told me to complain about the driver and apologised on be half of him as a vietnamese ... 4-5 hours journey took 7 hours and he just dropped us in the road not in front of hotel... thats why hotel owner told me this company does not deserve to serve for tourists.... what a lesson i have learnt! I will do my best to share this experience about your poor business operation and attitude. Shame on you! 135USD.....?!!!! This company knows we cant do anything.. Sleeping bus is much better than this for sure!!

Booked online from HK for return transfer between Ho Chi Minh and Muine. Reassuring to get a personal email confirmation rather than automated. Confirmations were sent again close to travel dates. We were 2 adults 2 kids. We had a comfortable van with a/c. Both drivers were on time and drove safely - only the driver on the return trip spoke English, but this was not an issue.The location of the comfort stop on the return to HCM was much better than on the journey to Mui Ne, with cleaner facilities and a big cafe , whereas on the way to MuiNe, the pitstop was at a more run down place. Overall service was great and considerably cheaper than what the hotel had quoted me for a transfer. Will definitely use again.

So nice to be met with a smile and a sign with ur name even though the visa process took forever out taxi driver had to wait. He stopped for us to eat and for us to pick up some beer, helping with the currency exchange. Unfortunately little English was spoken so a tour was out, and the 5 hours turned into 7....not his fault the roads are shocking! We arrived to a dark guesthouse and rain and kind of felt dumped on the street.....but hey we made it!!!

Christina with Kitesurf Nam was very helpful and responsive in setting up my airport ride from Mui Ne to HCMC. She made sure I left early enough to make my connection and helped right away when my flight plan changed slightly. And the driver was excellent! Everything worked perfectly.

The booking was easy and comfortable. You get an answer by e-mail with the details. The driver was on time. The journey was OK with one stop as announced. The car had enough space for our baggage. Because of the traffic the Transfer from Saigon to Mui Ne lasts nearly 5 hours including a stop of 30 minutes. The only negative point was the easy seats in the car with less legroom. But that's OK because there is a lot to see during the journey. I can recommend the taxi.

seeing your name on exiting Saigon airport after enduring visa on landing is worth at least half the price of the transfer. neither driver spoke English though which was a shame as I had a thousand questions. The return driver was friendlier than the arrival driver who was a bit brusque. The return driver made several interesting comfort stops and I am glad I like Vietnamese coffee, coconuts and pho, otherwise it would of been a hungry trip. I took the return trip one day early as I did not want to stress over arrival time and the one night in Saigon was most interesting.

We booked a taxi service from Ho Chi Minh to Mui Ne with Kitesurf, the taxi was prompt, however we had requested a car seat which they didn't have on arrival. I was initially quite angry at this as I was worried about my daughters safety and I had only gone with this company as they stated they provided car seats. The driver was lovely but didn't really understand what the problem was as he spoke minimal English, but he went out of his way to find out what the problem was. He called someone on the phone who spoke some English and the driver diverted and picked up a portable car seat,it wasn't the best but it did the job and put my mind to rest. We decided to go through a different company on the way back(can't remember what it was called) but wierdly the same car turned up with a different driver. So I am assuming many of the local transport business' use this taxi firm. This time there was a nice sturdy car seat, the car was comfortable and the drivers were friendly and reliable. I was just disappointed that initially there was no car seat.

We booked the taxi from the Saigon International Airport to our resort in Mu Nei. We could see our name cards holding by the driver right in front of the arrival gate in the airport. The taxi was spacious and comfortable. More surprisingly, during the five hours ride, the driver didn't turn on music or even use the phone. We all had a very good rest on the taxi although with a long travel time and flight in a day. We then immediately booked the return ride back to Ho Chi Minh City and prompt reply was received by the office.
