We usually use Hoppa but on the last holiday to Ibiza they weren't quite up to scratch. On the way to our hotel we had to wait double the usual time and on the way back they did not pick us up and to make matters worse was the fact that no-one answered the phones. (We had had no problems when we went to Ibiza and used them last year.) Since our return they sorted it out and reimbursed us and hopefully will make sure no-one else has this experience.
However, this was our first ever bad experience and we are happy to use them again when we go to Menorca later this month. We will of course give a further review after that.
