AVOID AT ALL COSTS THERE A DODGY COMPANY TOOK OUR MONEY GOT TO AIRPORT AND WE WAS STRANDED!!! €80 is cost in a taxi which used up most of our money with us only having a short break , spoke to gentleman at airport and they didn't pay transfer company so they dropped them , now probably running under a different name!!!! DISGUSTING

There was a problem just before we went on holiday because I was automatically sent a new transfer but no explanation why. Whilst on holiday I received a txt message informing me of Hopparide had ceased trading. I had to find another company in Vilamoura who would pick us up on our return to Faro. I replied to the txt message to sort out another transfer but this txt didnt receive txt messages, so after 2 days and muli phone calls at my expence which wasnt cheap I finally got Green Bus to transfer us at another cost to me. No refund from hopparide. I am disabled in a wheelchair so I also had problems getting a transfer that would carry a fold up wheelchair.

Booked online, got confirmation, got to Antalya aiport at 10pm on a Saturday night with my wife and kids and no show. Rang the number on the confirmation - told the booking had been cancelled by the Turkish provider as the destination address was not specific enough and that Hopparide had been e mailed this a month before. Had to pay a lot to get the one hour transfer to our apartment. E mailed Hopparide the following day to arrange return to airport at the end of the holiday, no reply, rang them, no reply. Had to arrange own transfer back to airport. Got home 10 days ago, e mailed but no reply and rang daily but no reply. This company is appalling - do not go with them, save your money. They cost me over £100 in transfer costs in Turkey. Their lack of communication is what has annoyed me most and I doubt I ll get a refund.

Absolutely excellent reliable service lovely friendly staff and would now know who to trust for our next trip in sept thankyou no hanging around wondering if your going to turn up !

Everything was okay until I received my transfer voucher. The section on the voucher that should have displayed the contact number for confirming the return transfer was missing. Despite emails sent to the transfers email address and repeated telephone calls I am still awaiting a response! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When on holiday you want peace of mind not hassle at trying to confirm your transfer!!

just returned from amsterdam, had hoppa ride pick us up at the airport, deliver us to our hotel then do the return journey for us. so easy. no hassle at all and it is cheaper to do this than make our own way. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. *****

I was googling for a good transport alternative from Alixante airport to Benidorm and back. Now we got a direct transport, half the price of what we would have had to pay for going with communal transport.

Really good price for transfer and even though the flight was delayed they waited.

I travel to Spain on a regular basis & HOPPARIDE is by far the most efficient & cheapest company I have found. They are bang on time quick, no fuss & the rivers are helpful & polite.

I booked this service online, the money was taken straight away £176.00, only to be told at the airport (once I realised, after a 8 hour journey!) noone had turned up. After calling the number on my booking confirmation, I was informed this company had not paid thier bill so we are not doing business with them anymore and there is nothing else we can do for you. I then entered the online helpdesk at the airport, were I was told you need to get your own taxi, we are no longer doing business with them because they havent paid their bill. It then cost me a further £170 to get to the hotel and back. This really did ruine our weeks holiday. I sent an email upon my return to complain and havnt heard anything back. I definately would not recommend this service to anyone and will not be using them again. I would like you to refund this money into my account straight away as I am not leaving this here I am in the middle of processing a complaint for the refund.

Amazing service for pennies. Lovely clean coaches, friendly staff what more could you want for the start and finish of your holiday. Would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Hopparide the service they provided was excellent a very easy way to start the holiday met by our driver at the airport and whisked away to our destination in a very comfortable vehicle and the same on return both drivers were very helpful and pleasant the complete deal good service very smooth drive and super price will definitely use again in future.... We used your service last year and were very satisfied .This year there were a couple of hitches. 1) The pick up was for a flight leaving Nice airport at 8pm. The pick up time was 6.15pm.With hindsight this was too late but the problem was that we were unable to contact the local agent by phone.We tried on numerous occasions on the day before and on the day of departure and were unable to get through. 2) The car arrived 15 mins late because of local traffic making matters worse. We managed to get through to boarding in the nick of time because the flight was delayed 20 mins. I would definitly use your service again. I think both we and Hopparide should pay more attention to the time needed at the airport. On all 4 journeys the drivers were very helpful and friendly.

I believe our driver was from a different transfer company and was just represented by hoppa ride. The collection from the airport was fine but trying to confirm collection from hotel back to airport was difficult. We tried multiple times throughout the day to call the number provided, when it would go through it was a Portuguese answer machine so we couldn't understand it. In the end we had to ask reception to order it. Also, our driver was going 160kmph, the speed limit was 120kmph.
