Used their services in Turkey. They are useless and their partners provide a rubbish service. Had to wait for an hour on a foreign airport and then their representative appeared. Who took another 20 minutes to arrange a transfer vehicle. The driver was unsure of our destination hotel and was using his mobile phone all the time when driving and kept asking for directions. On our return journey they took the money in advance but no one came. I had to waste my time to prove my point and get back the return transfer money. They are absolutely rubbish. THe next time I will hire a taxi myself rather than acquiring their services....
