I booked my outbound and inbound hotel transfers for my trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. The outbound transfer went smoothly, but on the return I needed to make a change and contacting them was impossible. I tried the emergency local number, the emergency UK number, the website, email and facebook. I got no response, had to make alternative arrangements, am seriously out of pocket, and have had no reaction to my subsequent complaint. Incredibly poor customer service and very stressful when I should have been enjoying my holiday.

I am sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced and thank you for informing us.
It is always appreciated when customers have taken the time to leave us their valued feedback.
I've looked at your correspondence and can see that you emailed us to amend the booking to a day earlier. Unfortunately any urgent amendments need to be called in for and due to the supplier's time restriction there was a possibility that we could not amend it at such short notice (less than 24 hours). The return transfer was provided as booked and was listed as a no show by the suppliers.

I did call in, several times, but there was no response. I tried everything I could to let you know that I had to make alternative arrangements but nothing was responded to. It was very frustrating and upsetting.
