Three out of four transfers in Manila worked successfully, if a little chaotically and with some delay, but the fourth never showed up at all. A phone call to the local office suggested they did not have any record of our booking. In the exuberance of Manila, suspect quality control of this system could be an issue. And in reality, there are plenty of efficient local alternatives available. Awaiting reparation from Holiday Taxis, but would not use again in Manila.
