Not terrible but could have been better. We went to the assigned desk on arrival and were told to 'wait over there'. 5-10 minutes later and no news so we asked again and told 'wait over there' again. A further 10-15 minutes and we're still there. This time when I ask (a little Less patient) a second person checks the details and escorts us to the taxi rank. I could have just gone there in the first place and saved 30 minutes!!! Taxi drivers are then arguing as to who takes us as they realise it's a 40 minute drive each way (I can only assume they would prefer quick short fares and plenty of them). Taxi driver and journey was fine even if he did still put the meter on!!!. I pointed out that we had already paid in advance and he was fine.
Return journey was spot on so other than the delay on arrival it was fine.
