I hired a taxi to go from my hotel in Istanbul to the airport. The big problem was that when I tried to call the Istanbul office there was no answer. I wasted 40 minutes from my holidays calling the office but nobody answered the phone. I had to call the office in England to fix the time for the taxi. I had to do it three times because the people from England could not contact the people from Istanbul so, I had to wait until the English assistant could contact the Turkish office to set a pick up time. Too much trouble…. Too much time. The service in UK was very good!
