No problems quick on the way to hotel LONG WAY back

I re booked through airport transfers cancelling our original transfer because of all the bad reviews. ..to my disappointment the new transfer still was holiday taxis! GREAT
I was fretting most of journey hoping we won't get any problems. ..but all went smooth went to desk just a bunch of guys standing there Noone acknowledged us if I was on my own I would have felt intimidated.
Someone behind desk said Surname then gave me a leaflet pointed us towards bus which was already there. -Again a bunch of men standing outside bus noone acknowledged us at first because they were too busy talking!
We waited about half hour before leaving took half hour to get to hotel which wasn't too bad.
I went online to get out pick up time and saw that was confirmed.. Received a fax day before confirming this which was promising.
I wanted to make sure we was waiting early for our transfers back coach came early about 10mins before pick up time about 4.35 driver come out to find me which was good. Flight wasn't until 8.45pm!!

Our 20minute journey to airport took over an hour!
We went to every hotel villa apartment going I fell a sleep!
Now I know why coach was so early ...The main thing I made it to airport in plenty of time.
I won't be using them again!!! Sticking to package hols you can trust!
