This is a company that consists of El Mar Services El Mar Luxury and Tenerife Airport Transfers. We had booked two transfers but due to circumstances we wanted to cancel these two. In their own rules and regulations they state that if you cancel a transfer 48 hour prior to the pickup time there whould be no problems at all. Well we did so but did not get any refund, we called e-malied etc. etc. The lady at Tenerife Airport Transfers did not care at all she did not answer telephone or e-mail and certainly not refund our money. We had to contact Ma del Carmen Arvelo at El Mar Services to get our money refunded she said that of course we would get our money. Nothing happend we sent a more e-mails but nothing happend. We told them that if they did not refund our money we would contact the police. It got to the point were my wife had to go to the branchoffice a ask for a Libro de reclamaciones which is the paper you bring to the police. It should be pointed out that if the company refuses to give you this document you just call the police while you are still in the office and they will come and see to it that you will get the requested document. I want at the strongest recommend you who read this NOT to use El Mar Services/Tenerife Airport Transports, because had we not piced a fight with them they would for sure riped us off. They are crooked!
