Return Journey from Cala D'Or to Palma

There was no problem with our journey to the villa on Saturday 30th August but the return journey on the 13th September was a different matter!!
We discovered that we had to vacate the villa on the day of departure by 10.a.m. and phoned Viages 2 days before to confirm and ask could they alter the time. They said we had to email them as they could not take changes of time over the phone ? why ? We emailed them which they acknowledged that they had received it but 10.a.m. came and went and no minibus. Rang them and they said they had not received the email ? and the minibus would be there at 10.50 as arranged. Fortunately the cleaning staff were very helpful and said we could sit in the villa and a minibus actually turned up at 10.30.a.m. My son counted the seats and said to the driver that it was only an 8 seater and we had booked for 8 adults and an infant in a car seat (provided by us) he said in not very good English which is fair enough that it was the only minibus available, despite having instructions on his sheet stating 8 adults and an infant. and the baby could sit on somebody's knee !!! which is now illegal in Spain. We had to get to the airport so 4 of my family squashed up on one long seat where it was impossible for any of them to wear seatbelts (*also illegal in Spain)and we were treated to a hair raising drive to Palma. He drove so fast that my family who did not have seat belts on were thrown about. Sorry but I will not be using your company again.
