Friendly & quick response! Value for money!

We just came back from Tunisia and I booked everything and left transfers to nearly last minute...
…and searching lots of Airport Transfers on Google, couldn't find anything value for money, but luckily I got recommended ClickTransfers from a money saving website and got a quote from ClickTransfers and both private and shuttle prices were not too bad compared to other companies..
…as our journey was an hour away from the airport, to save money I ended up booking the shuttle..
…when we got to Tunis airport, we ended up getting a private car (we assumed that they didn't have enough people for a shuttle) - so result for me - by luck we got private transfer for the price of shuttle!

We only booked one way instead of return thinking we can probably book transfers from there directly for cheaper, but boy were we wrong...
...so 2 days before our return date, we tried booking via ClickTransfers, but couldn't as you need to give them 48 hours’ notice (as you do most companies), so we emailed them and they explained a way round it and it was sorted thanks to them!

We had to choose between paying £50+ (using taxi from Tunisia) or £10 from ClickTransfers...
...CT it was! Again, we booked shuttle, and we had a 7-seater pick us up, and we shared with only one other family who were coming back to UK on our same flight, so it wasn't too bad..!

Overall, we were extremely happy with the customer service and how they helped us when we were abroad and responded to our emails..
...and also happy on both occasions we didn't have to go on a big shuttle going from hotel to hotel picking and dropping people off before we got to our destination!
