appalling service

I booked a return speedy shuttle ie:maximum of four drop offs.Was told someone would be waiting for us with my name on a board.no one was waiting.Eventually someone who was nothing to do with click transfers rang them for me.she was told the driver was on his way.it was late at night and very stressful.we were waiting 30 mins in total,nothing speedy about that.no apology.Two days before my return journey i was emailed advising me a diferrent tour company would be picking us up due to the original company being unreliable.i had to print a new voucher and contact the company.All very inconvenient whilst on holiday.When i did contact the company the woman was so rude,told me it wasn't one of their bookings!sorted it eventually.on departure my speedy shuttle made seven pick ups! i could have booked a normal transfer at a cheaper price.Like other reviewers i have emailed click transfers several times since my return and they are to ignorant to reply. avoid at all costs
