“Disappointing service”

Transfer was okay but family member left phone in taxi and had to phone several numbers and leave messages with the operators promising to call back, they never did. No-one sill came back to us, so we had to keep phoning company costing us a lot of money. All we needed was one phone call back. Service could have been a lot better and the communication from the local transport company was awful. Would not use this company again as they should have better transport company partners . .feel let down and have had to pay extra costs for phone bill
