Hidden Info for Shared Shuttle

Scheduled arrival time to Izmir 11:05...Actual arrival time 11:40. My flight was delayed out from Istanbul to Izmir. When I arrived into Izmir, no one was there to receive me. I had to make a call to the local contact no given.. After meeting the guy outside of the Arrival, I was told that I had to wait for 4 more passengers who were supposed to arrive at 13:00. When I tried to call the manager, I was told by his staff that he did not want to speak to me. What kind of service was that?!

Imagine if my flight was on time...I had to wait for 2 hours before I could actually take the transport. This info was not told in the email. I am aware that this was not private but shared. However, having to wait for 2 hours before the next few paxs was a wee bit too much. I should have just taken the Havas Shuttle Service which run on scheduled timings. We finally left the airport at 13:17.

My advice to future customers, please be certain as to what time your transfers would ACTUALLY depart as you would have wasted precious time during your holiday. Prices may be reasonable but unless you are willing to wait for uncertain amount of time, please take alternative.
