Smooth transfer but telephone confirmation could be better

Booking the transfer was very easy and Click Transfers were very helpful when I needed to amend the booking, a new confirmation e-mail was sent out immediately with the changes required.

Finding the coach at the airport and then the pick up was also very easy and quick, the coach was basic and done the job.

However, the only issue we really experienced was having to contact the local office as advised on the confirmation e-mail, we followed the instructions to contact the office 24hrs before both picks up. Unfortunately the staff in the office were extremely hard to speak with as they spoke very little, unclear English. This made confirming times and bookings with them difficult and didn't leave us feeling very confident that everything was in place.

I appreciate that they are based in Spain and I do speak some Spanish, however, it was a very difficult conversation fully understanding the staff. I would suggest that the telephone confirmations are done with someone in a UK office who can then liaise on the customers behalf with the local offices. Calling European telephone numbers when in the UK isn't ideal either.
