Arranged for pick-up at Marylebone Station, as soon as we arrived through the barriers at the station the driver called so that he could find us, carry our bags and take us to his car. Made for a far more relaxing end to the journey. Martin, Noni & 3 year old Ollie.

My mother, three sisters and I just returned to Norway after a long weekend in London. We used citylinkdirect three times during our stay, and we requested the same driver every time. (Unfortunately neither of us caught his name, but he told us that he runs the company together with his older brother.) The service he provided was impeccable. The car was clean and comfortable. "Our man" was punctual and a great driver who knew his way around London. He was a true gentleman and we felt we could trust him 100%. We will definately use this company next time we're in London.

Best cab company ever. We only use their services, they recognize you as regular customer calling you by name when you book a cab,they are always very punctual and offer very fair charges. Absolutely amazing with airports services, last time our drivers even helped us to carry the luggage through four floors of stairs!!!! Absolutely the best.
